What We Can Help With
You can contact AI RoomyGroup support about:
- account issues;
- login problems;
- property or document upload issues;
- bugs or unexpected app behaviour;
- account deletion or data questions;
- privacy questions; and
- security concerns.
Please do not send unnecessary sensitive documents by email unless support specifically asks for them. If we need more information to investigate an issue, we will tell you what is needed.
Account Deletion
You can delete your account in the app from Account > Privacy & help > Delete account. If you cannot access the app, email us from the email address linked to your account and we may need to verify your request before acting.
