AI RoomyGroup Terms of Use

1. Introduction

By using AI RoomyGroup, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you should not use the app.

2. About AI RoomyGroup

AI RoomyGroup helps landlords, property owners, and property managers organise property, tenancy, compliance, document, cost, rent, and landlord-management information.

The app is a record-keeping and workflow tool. It is designed to help you manage information, not to take responsibility for your legal, tax, safety, or landlord obligations.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 or over to use AI RoomyGroup. The app is intended for landlords, property owners, and property managers.

4. User Account Responsibilities

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login details secure. You must not misuse the app, access someone else's account, or allow unauthorised people to use your account.

You are responsible for activity on your account unless it is caused by our failure to take reasonable care.

5. User Responsibility For Property And Tenant Data

You are responsible for the information you enter, upload, store, edit, or manage in AI RoomyGroup.

You must ensure that you have the right to upload, store, and manage personal data and documents relating to tenants, occupiers, contractors, agents, or other third parties. You must not use the app to store information unlawfully.

6. Documents And Uploads

You are responsible for documents, photos, receipts, invoices, certificates, and other files you upload. You must not upload unlawful, harmful, malicious, misleading, infringing, or irrelevant content.

Uploaded documents may be stored and processed to provide app features, including document storage, review, classification, and AI-assisted extraction.

7. AI-Assisted Features

AI RoomyGroup may use AI to extract, classify, or summarise information from uploaded documents. AI-generated or AI-extracted information may be incomplete, inaccurate, or misread.

You must review and verify extracted information before relying on it, saving it, sharing it, or using it to make decisions. AI RoomyGroup does not replace professional legal, tax, accounting, financial, surveying, building safety, property-management, or compliance advice.

8. No Professional Advice

AI RoomyGroup is a tool for organising and managing information. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, surveying, building safety, property-management, or compliance advice.

You remain responsible for meeting your legal, tax, landlord, tenancy, safety, and compliance obligations, including checking dates, documents, notices, records, payments, and certificates before relying on them.

9. App Availability And Changes

AI RoomyGroup may change over time. Features may be added, removed, or updated. The service may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, updates, security work, or issues outside our control.

We aim to operate the app responsibly, but we do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or error-free.

10. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• break the law using the app;
• upload malware or harmful files;
• attempt to access another user's data;
• reverse engineer, attack, overload, scrape, or disrupt the service;
• use the app to store unlawful content;
• abuse support or automated systems;
• misrepresent information or use the app fraudulently; or
• interfere with the security or operation of AI RoomyGroup.

11. Data Deletion And Account Closure

You can delete your account in the app. Account deletion deletes active app records and referenced uploaded documents, subject to limited technical logs and backups that may remain temporarily for up to 30 days.

12. Intellectual Property

ROOMY GROUP LIMITED owns or licenses the app, brand, designs, software, workflows, and related materials.

You retain rights to your own uploaded content and data. You grant ROOMY GROUP LIMITED the limited rights needed to host, store, process, display, extract, transmit, and otherwise use that content to operate AI RoomyGroup and provide the app features you use.

13. Limitation Of Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

As far as legally permitted, ROOMY GROUP LIMITED is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, missed landlord or compliance obligations, reliance on AI extraction without checking it, incorrect data entered by users, loss caused by unauthorised account use where you failed to keep login details secure, or decisions made without appropriate professional advice.

AI RoomyGroup is provided for property-management record-keeping and workflow support. You remain responsible for verifying information and meeting your own obligations.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms, misused the app, created a security risk, infringed another person's rights, or used the service unlawfully.

You may stop using the app at any time and may delete your account using the account deletion process.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except where consumer protection law gives you mandatory rights in another place.
